Hello there! I’m Rana, a freelance Wine Writer and Educator.

Falling in love with wine was natural to me as I come from Lebanon and wine has always been around me and a big part of my culture. The start to my wine obsession though started after experiencing a wine and food marriage menu in Mallorca. How each one elevated the other was mind blowing to me.

And so I started reading everything I can get my hands on about wine and taking on WSET courses, most recently finishing WSET3 as well as specializing in French wine and becoming a French Wine Scholar (FWS).

I’m very passionate about wine! It is the world’s best storyteller with the most authentic and exciting stories. Stories of geography, history, and all the people involved in bringing it to “life”. It breathes, it ages and it offers memorable sensory and emotional experiences that none of the other food or beverage can provide. 

“The Wine Of Things” is the embodiment of my passion to Wine and its stories and I’m on a mission to share everything wine on it!
